TQM

 

The reformation of the operating process over several organizations and functions, might be one of challenges which shall be addressed from a crosscutting / cross-sectoral perspective, while the enterprises constantly strive to grow and expand.

 

TQM, which stands for Total Quality Management, means the Quality Management across the Organizations.  It is a management approach that focuses on continuous improvement of the Quality Management in all aspects of an organization's operations.  TQM is a holistic and comprehensive approach to management that aims to involve all staff of the organizations in the pursuit of quality and continuous improvement organization-wide.

 

The strategy and mission of the TQM we consider, is to reform and optimize the Quality Management across the organizations, by providing client with key principles that deliver breakthrough results.

 

 

 

BPR

 

BPR, which stands for Business Process Re-engineering, means the comprehensive reformation of the operating process company-wide over several organizations and functions.  It aim to optimize the operating process on a company-wide basis, by fundamentally improving those over several organizations and functions.

 

In recent years, organizations segmented by each function basis, are highly specialized.  It has been inclined to be inefficient in the Operating Processes across multiple organizations, resulting from operation completely carried out entirely by each organization / function.  Moreover, it has cleared to be inefficiencies and negative impacts in development, production, and supply chains, by excessive quality.  Consequently, it has increased a number of discrepancy / gap between company-wide desirability and organizations-wide preferability.

 

In the BPR, it makes a zero-based review of the operation systems and operating processes across the company, as well as the roles, responsibilities, and work assigned.

 

 

 

BPM

 

BPM, which stands for Business Process Management, means individual optimization by improving operating process.  It aim to optimize the operating process on an organization and function basis, by continuous improvement through visualization of operating process already defined and identification of tasks / challenges and three factors of inefficiency (overburden, waste, inconsistency)

 

BPM is an improvement and optimization initiative focusing on specific organizations and functions.  Therefore, it might be difficult to obtain desirable outcome expected, if any other organization or function requires the same initiatives.
